Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ArtFlow plugin and related documentation provided by Artifex Flow. By acquiring or using ArtFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to payment and the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace purchase terms, Artifex Flow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ArtFlow for personal or internal business work associated with the acquiring Adobe ID. ArtFlow is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, resell, reverse engineer, bypass entitlement controls, or make ArtFlow available as a competing product, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing previews and output, maintaining backups, choosing appropriate documents and folders, and ensuring that your use of ArtFlow complies with workplace policies and applicable law. Test important workflows on non-production copies first.

4. AI and automated output

AI-assisted names, classifications, and regions may be inaccurate. They are suggestions, not professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all results before production use.

5. Third-party services

Some optional features depend on services such as Google Gemini, TinyPNG, and Google-hosted documents. You may need separate credentials or a paid provider plan. Artifex Flow is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, data practices, or changes.

6. Updates and compatibility

We may release fixes, improvements, or compatibility updates. Adobe Photoshop, Creative Cloud, operating systems, and third-party services may change independently, and uninterrupted compatibility is not guaranteed.

7. Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through the contact channel published on the ArtFlow support page. Support does not include custom production work, third-party account administration, or recovery of user files.

8. Refunds

Purchases and refunds are processed by the Marketplace commerce provider and are subject to the terms presented at checkout.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifex Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, production delay, lost profits, or third-party service charges arising from ArtFlow.

11. Termination

Your license terminates if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall ArtFlow, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
